Check that location permission is set to “While using the app” and that location services are on. Android hides WiFi names from apps without it. On iOS 14+, also allow Local Network.
02Speed test is slower than my ISP promised.
Stand next to the router and test again with a pinned server close to you. If it is still low, the plan is under-delivering; if it jumps, the problem is WiFi coverage, not the line. Trends shows both over time.
03Devices list shows one I don’t recognise.
Tap it for the maker and first-seen time. Smart plugs, TVs and printers often appear under the chip maker’s name. If it is truly unknown, change your WiFi password from Router admin.
04Signal walk is locked.

05I can only pin three servers.
Free includes three pinned servers. Pro removes the limit.
06Router admin page won’t open.
WiFiy opens the gateway address your phone reports, usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. Some mesh systems only expose their own app; check the router’s label for the right address.
07How do I cancel Pro or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel from your store subscriptions page; refunds follow their policy. If they refuse and you think that is wrong, email us.
08How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app. Everything is stored on the phone and goes with it.

Android and iOS only reveal the WiFi name and nearby networks to apps with this permission. We never read or store where you are.

Used to list the devices on your network and to reach your router’s admin page.
